- Self-defense for Women and Girls
- Okinawan Shuri-Ryu Karate
- Filipino stick fighting art of Modern Arnis
I practice and teach the Yang Style Full Traditional Curriculum with a strong focus on core principles and the thirteen powers/postures. Whether you come to Taiji (also Taijiquan, Tai Chi) to improve your health, to learn self-defense, or to become the human being you have always known you were, this art will take you there. I have a master's degree in philosophy and I have studied martial arts for over 20 years. Whatever style you practice, whether you are an experienced player or this is your first tai chi experience, come and explore the wonders of this amazing art. I offer on-going classes, regular seminars and am available for private lessons.

Thank you all for a really fun workshop - look for more seminars from me this winter and coming spring, and maybe we can bring Sam back again next fall. It's a long way from Berlin!
